I like to work in series, to choose an idea and explore the possibilities.  A yucca I saw in California developed into 30 paintings of the same plant using different palettes, mediums, and scale.  "The Ballad of Cate Parks" is a love story that came to me when I was in Vancouver B.C.  It told the story in a series of mixed media artworks.  The spiritual art of Mexico inspired my installation piece, "My Chapel."    Metro tickets from Paris became collages, on and on.  Life is so full of possibilities there is always something brewing.

My work is life affirming, exciting, colorful, and fun.  I like to be in conversation with the viewer.  This is what I see and what do you make of that?  What do you see?
